SPIC Website: SEP, Sungrow to Cooperate in New Energy Projects

SEP New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a wholly subsidiary of SEP, signed a cooperation framework agreement with Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. recently, according to the announcement of SEP published on Tuesday, April 12, 2016.

 

In compliance with the purpose of jointly exploring the new energy market and the principle of “close cooperation, mutual benefit and support, common development and win-win”, SEP New Energy and Sungrow, through friendly negotiation, would give full play to their respective advantages and carry out comprehensive cooperation in the new energy project investment and development, to focus on no less than 500 MW-class new energy projects in Anhui, Fujian, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guangdong etc. provinces, showed the announcement.

 

SEP noted that the signing of the cooperation agreement would help both companies establish stable partnership. As important strategic partners, both sides would fully leverage their advantages to develop business cooperation, which would assist SEP in further improving the economic benefit and technological level of new energy projects and thus have a positive meaning for the company to speed up new energy development, optimize power mix and enhance profitability.
